It has been a busy month with a back to back travelling schedule between Bangkok and Phuket. The recent Land & Property Law & Market Updates in Thailand seminar at Nai Lert Park was informative and enlightening. Given the current economic climate and local political uncertainties in Thailand, keeping abreast with the ongoing developments is indeed crucial to keep things on track, and meeting the right industry insiders sharing their market intelligence is certainly an invaluable experience.

Attending the Lamborghini launch of the latest Spyder at Siam Paragon, Bangkok and Central Festival Phuket, was indeed an eye-opener as to what super cars are all about. It was the best venue to meet the rich and wealthy despite the pervasive global financial crisis, and there are still so many well-heeled individuals who are happy to continue to spend cash on their expensive toys.  Something amazing about Phuket is that it never fails to surprise people with all these unexpected arrivals of luxury items that are making their ways on to Phuket roads.

Swing to the south for my next stop, Singapore SMART Expo at Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre on October 10 - 11, 2009. There is so much talk about the recovery of the Singapore markets that its timely to pay the Lion City a visit.
