BANGKOK T.C.C. Capital Land unveils another quality development - “Villa Sathorn”
Located close to Charoen Nakorn Skytrain Station (Krungthonburi), Villa Sathorn is only minutes away from Siam Square, Bangkok’s trendiest shopping and entertainment area. When completed, the total value of this project is estimated to be about 2 billion baht. Established amenities in the vicinity include Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Central World Plaza, The Mall Thaphra, universities, hospitals and restaurants. The development will have a total of 660 units housed in a 40-storey residential condominium. Prices for the condominium units start from 1.9 million baht for a studio unit. Capital Land has successfully launched five condominium projects - Villa Rachatkhru on Paholyothin Road is 100% sold and handed over to unit owners; The Athenee Residence on Wireless Road which will complete and be handed over to unit oweners by end 2007; The Empire Place on Narathiwas Road; The Emporio Place on Sukhunvit Soi 24, And Villa Rachatewi on Phayathai Road, all with construction well under way. With sales at Villa Sathorn expected to close very soon, construction would be expedited to ensure full completion by February 2010.
